Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a fun way to exercise and provides many health benefits. Classes are free of charge with an annual membership or daily fee payment.

Shallow Water

Shallow water classes focus on fast pace movements to elevate your heart rate. Strength, toning and range of motion exercises provide a well rounded experience. 

Deep Water

Deep water classes focus on slower movements to promote strength and range of motion. Flotation belts and barbells add to the resistance of the water. Core exercises in this class can promote posture, relieve back pain, and strengthen muscles. Feel free to bring your own flotation belts and barbells or you may borrow ours free of charge.
