Functional Fitness:
Train your body for activities performed in daily life. Reduce risk of injury and increase your quality of life with exercises to promote balance, endurance, and flexibility. **Bring a mat**
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8-9am, included with membership, $5 non-members
Stretch and Tone:
Challenge your body to improve and maintain muscle strength, cardio endurance, improved flexibility, and balance. Join instructor Carmen Holt for a fun time! Included with membership, $6 for non-members. Bring a set of hand weights, stretch band, small exercise ball, and mat.

Gentle Yoga:
Gentle Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, and non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. Classes are appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slower paced, well supported, and relaxing practice. Zumba Fusion:
Zumba is a fun fitness class that combines Latin and international music with easy dance moves. It is a great cardio workout! Zumba Fusion combines a Zumba workout class with a cool down combining core work with stretching and toning. No equipment needed. Please pre-register at the front desk. $30 for 4 classes.

Karate:
Join Vincent Cannarsa at the Bonita Springs Recreation Center for Kids Karate. Parents are welcome to attend. The classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:00pm. Sessions are 4 weeks consisting of 8 lessons for $45.
